Sr. Account Executive

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Sr. Account Executive will play a key role on the Inagene Diagnostics Inc. team. They will coordinate the strategy of the company’s start-up sales operations in accordance with company policies and sound business practices. They will provide support in directing the company’s sales operations and contributes to the vision and implementation of the functional sales process within Canada.
They must be an experienced demand creator and understand how to use a variety of different technologies to generate cost-effective leads. As an integral member of the team, they have the shared responsibility to shape the direction and development of the commercial strategy. They will work in collaboration with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to deliver success in new product launches.
Execute our go-to-market plan, including strategic positioning, audience segmentation, channel identification, distribution (for both retail and digital);
Critically evaluate and lead the prioritization of strategies for the business; constantly working with industry experts, executing tradeshows, developing presentations and materials for keynotes;
Lead the development of supply and revenue forecasts;
Responsible for recruitment and direct management of field sales force;
Effectively identify and utilize KPIs to set targets for team to drive performance; optimize the company’s sales process and playbook, define the high-level sales strategy; develop and monitor incentive programs;
Manage and monitor key accounts and develop strong relationships with key customers including KOLs, treating physicians, nurses, chiropractors, physiotherapists, patient associations and patient advocates;
Manage negotiations with pain clinics, retail and hospital pharmacies, and other treatment centres as required to support the business.

Salary: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
