 Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced DTC Growth Marketer to develop and execute a strategy to penetrate the US market, grow DTC sales, and tailor our marketing efforts to the unique needs of this audience. This position is pivotal in setting the foundation for long-term success in the US and could transition into a permanent role.

        3-6 month Contract Consultant position (with opportunity to extend)

 Key Responsibilities:

       Strategy Development: Build and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow DTC sales in the US, leveraging a deep understanding of the market and healthcare landscape

       Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities specific to the US healthcare system and DTC marketing.

       Tailored Marketing: Create and optimize marketing campaigns that resonate with US consumers, ensuring messaging aligns with their healthcare concerns and expectations.

       Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to find, attract, and convert US customers, leveraging digital marketing channels, partnerships, and innovative approaches.

       Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, science, and product teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution.

       Performance Tracking: Measure the success of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to maximize results.

 Qualifications:

       Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in US DTC marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related field.

       Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, consumer behavior, and regulatory considerations is an asset

       Proven Results: Track record of driving DTC sales growth and successfully launching products or services in the US market.

Skills:

       Strategic thinking and problem-solving

       Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing)

       Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

       Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities

       Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with minimal supervision.

       Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Location

       We are a remote first company with hybrid office work out of our headquarters located in downtown Toronto, Ontario.

       This role is open to anyone working in Canada or the US. Successful candidates who live outside of Toronto will be completely remote.

       US citizens will be based on business contracts only
