This is a test for the presence of APOEe2, e3 and e4 gene alleles. APOE genotype is required information in order to assess risks associated with the prescription medication LEQEMBI® (lecanemab). According to the manufacturer of the medication, this test must be completed before the medication is considered for use. 

Orders must be accompanied by a requisition from a prescriber, and results will be shared only with the prescriber.
