Role Overview:
An opportunity is available for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial AE to manage and strengthen our Healthcare vertical nationally. In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding the HCP vertical, contributing to our industry-leading performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of proven sales success, in the healthcare industry, and established relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, pharmacists, and others.

You will own the day-to-day commercial relationship with our healthcare provider customers. The focus is on strengthening current business, identifying areas for growth, and working closely with internal teams to ensure partners are supported and successful.
This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable operating independently, building trust with clinical stakeholders, and helping shape the sales function as the company scales.
Key responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing healthcare provider accounts across Canada

Identify and execute opportunities to expand adoption within current partners

Develop and progress new business opportunities in priority segments

Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for healthcare partners

Work cross-functionally with scientific, product, operations, and leadership teams

Maintain accurate pipeline and account visibility

Help establish repeatable sales processes and feedback loops
Needed Skills and Experience Required

Demonstrated success in sales, account management, or business development with community clinics, specialist practices, physician offices, dental clinics, or pharmacies

Demonstrable track record of consistently hitting/exceeding annual quota

Strong network within HCP ecosystem

Proven ability to grow existing accounts while developing new clinic-level business

Comfortable owning a national territory and operating independently with limited structure

Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets in a mid-market or clinic sales environment

Disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene

Able to travel within Canada as required

Experience working cross-functionally with scientific, customer success, or operations teams

Experience in a growth-stage company environment

Experience with referral-driven or partner-led growth models

Experience helping formalize early sales playbooks and territory strategy
